Dear Jack,
I am writing to discuss our upcoming survey on the protection of old houses in the ancient town. To ensure a successful investigation, I have put forward a tentative plan.
First, I suggest we visit the town this weekend to conduct field research. We could interview local residents regarding their conservation efforts and take photographs of the historical structures. Additionally, we could collect data on the current condition of these buildings. I believe your expertise in data analysis will be invaluable to this project.
